We place great emphasis on implementing safe systems of work with due consideration of the environment within which we work. All plant and equipment is maintained in-house in our plant workshop. Utilising our internal training academy (and external specialist training providers) we deliver appropriate Health & Safety training, information and supervision to all staff and sub contractors.
Wherever we are working, be it a green field site, highway or highly contaminated industrial site, the safety of our employees, site users and the general public is paramount. The potential social & environmental impacts of our work is assessed and suitable mitigation is put in place to safeguard employees, clients and others. In support of this we undertake regular internal SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) audits and our SHE Advisor undertakes regular management audits and inspections. We work very closely with our clients to ensure that everyone gets home safe.
We also ensure compliance with specific requirements and regulations appropriate to the work being carried out, the Client or Sector such as PTS for Rail or the EUSR National Water Hygiene Passport for Utilities.
We operate a certified management system for Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001).
